James Sullivan

Chairperson

Mr Sullivan has over 30 years’ experience in commerce, providing services to the mining and allied industries. Originally from Leonora, Mr Sullivan has owned, developed and operated a number of successful mining services businesses in the West Australian Goldfields. Mr Sullivan was instrumental in establishing Nukote Australia in 2005. Over the past decade and a half the Company has developed long term relationships with most of the Australia’s leading gold producers. The Company has delivered projects all over Australia including a number of projects in PNG. Nukote’s services have grown and now extend to cover all types of mineral processing facilities, transportation, bulk commodities, infrastructure and construction. Mr Sullivan has extensive knowledge of in the mining and the mining services sector, in particular on matters involving service delivery, strategic direction and logistics. Mr Sullivans also holds a number of non-executive board positions with ASX listed mineral development companies.

Abhishek Gopan (MIEAust)

Managing Director & CEO

Mr Abhishek is an innovative business excellence senior management professional with more than 20 years of diverse global experience spanning mining, rail, fleet, ports, steel, ship construction and ship repair industries with expertise in estimation, cost control, cost monitoring, project management and business development. Backed by Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer (CAD/CAM) followed by advanced Diploma in Project Management. A ‘Hindustan Aeronautics Limited’ Blue Print holder of the complicated jig design for index pointer. The procedures are still successfully applied in all complicated manufacturing operations. His deep technical understanding, problem solving ability and ability to foster good working relationships with employees have developed stimulating working environments and several successful projects. Gold medal achiever from the Hon. President of India (Sir. K.R. Narayanan). A key contributor in developing long-term strategic plans in the organisations he has worked with, including leading the strategic direction for this businesses. This has included growth strategy, joint venture opportunities, change and transformation programs and major opportunity bid management.

Dicky Hutani

Group Technical Manager

Mr Dicky is a Chemical Engineer specialised in Polymer Technology and a certified NACE (AMPP) Coating Inspector heading our Operations team. He has been working in various roles in coating industry for more than 16 years, from manufacturing of the chemicals to the installation of protective coating systems in multiple construction, mining, resources, and oil & gas projects. His deep technical understanding in coating industry coupled with Chemical Engineering background is instrumental in problem solving and providing customised solutions to our customers. Mr Dicky’s specific strengths are in client relationship management, estimating, management of people and service delivery and is making a significant impact to our operations team.
